Conditions of sale
1.
— It is possible to buy the whole stock, or only one object,
or more objects.
2. — It is possible to buy for Persons or Institutions.
3. — The offer is free around the basis of declared estimate
and it can be addressed to mail@italianpaintings.it
4. — The offer is acceptable, or declined, or treated
(dealed).
5. — If the offer is dealed, the Seller shall ask the
Buyer a definitive bid that the Seller can accept or declined.
6. — The Buyer is responsible for any VAT and customs
charges due on international shipments (this can range on average
between 6 — 22 %) in addition to the cost of shipping itself.
For estimates of these charges on individual object, or on more objects,
(all Assurances and Guarantee), may be taked between Seller and Buyer
in accordance with the sale. The objects are carried anyway at the
buyer’s risk. |
